FF class combines flowing yoga with functional fitness, interval training, balance, power and strength.

 Please bring your own mat, and towel. No shoes. Bring water.

MWF: 8:15 – 9:00 am. Level 2/3. FUNdamental Fitness. Flow Yoga + Functional Fitness + FUN.

Fridays. Level 1. Beginning Yoga and Gentle Fitness. 9:30-10:30am. 

Sunday: 4:30-5:30 pm YOGA FLOW. Sweet, Gentle, Breathing, Calming, Present Yoga.
